Homeowners ask. You quote. Nobody else gets the lead.
Real Sarasota homeowners request estimates on our network of local quote sites. Each request goes to one contractor — whoever claims it first. Not five companies racing to the same phone number. One. You.
Three steps. No contract.
Pick your trade and your areas
Roofing, pools, painting, pavers — you name the trade and the ZIP codes or towns you actually serve. You'll never get a lead outside the map you drew.
Leads hit your phone in minutes
A homeowner submits an estimate request — name, phone, email, address, project details, and their consent to be contacted. It's texted and emailed to you the moment it lands. Speed wins jobs; that speed is the product.
Pay only for what you get
Your first 3 leads are free so you can judge the quality yourself. After that, pay per lead, grab a prepaid pack, or lock your whole territory. Junk lead? Flag it within 48 hours and it's credited — no argument.
Three ways to buy. Your call.
Pay per lead
Card on file, billed weekly for leads delivered. Lowest commitment — quit with a text.
Lead pack
Ten leads prepaid, credits tick down as they arrive. Never expire.
Territory lockExclusive
Flat monthly. Every lead your trade produces in your areas is yours — no per-lead billing, and no competitor can ever buy in. One company holds a territory at a time.

Straight answers
What exactly counts as a lead?
A homeowner who filled out the estimate form — name, phone, email, address, project details — and checked a box agreeing to be contacted. Not a click. Not a purchased list. A person expecting your call.
What if the lead is junk?
You don't pay for it. Wrong number, outside your chosen areas, obvious spam — flag it within 48 hours and it's credited. We only want to charge for real homeowners.
What if I quote and don't win the job?
That's why a lead is $35 and not $300. You're buying the at-bat, not the hit. Close one in four and the math runs hard in your favor.
How fast do leads arrive?
The moment they're submitted — texted and emailed automatically, day or night. A homeowner who just asked for a quote answers the phone. That speed is half of what you're paying for.
Is there a contract?
No contract, no signup fee, no monthly minimum on per-lead plans. Territory locks are month-to-month. Pause or quit with a text.
How do I pay?
Nothing upfront, ever. After your free three: weekly billing for leads delivered — card on file, or Zelle if you prefer. Packs and territory locks are simple prepaid checkout links.
The terms, in plain English
No fine print, no surprises — this is the same arrangement we email you the day you join.
First 3 leads free
No signup fee, no contract, no card to start. Take three, call them, judge the quality yourself.
Then $35 per qualified lead
Invoiced weekly for qualified leads delivered. Your first invoice only goes out after lead #4 — free means free.
Cancel anytime
Reply “pause” to any message and forwarding stops. That’s the entire cancellation process — no fees, no phone tree.
Exclusive, alwaysSold once
Every lead goes to you and no one else. We never sell the same homeowner twice — that’s the whole point of the name.
What counts as a “qualified lead”
A lead is billable only when all four are true:
- A real homeowner — not spam, a vendor, or a test.
- A real project in your trade.
- Inside the ZIP codes or areas you gave us.
- Working contact info that reaches a human.
Never billable: spam and bots, duplicates of a lead you already got, homeowners outside your areas, wrong-trade requests, and our own test submissions. If a lead is bad, reply with a quick reason and we default to crediting it — the $35 is for real at-bats only, and that reputation is the whole business.
